I could make a thousand excuses for not working out
(one thing I love to do...I really do)
** I have a newborn
(ha ha ha She is almost 3 months old already)
** I have a 16 mth old that keeps me active enough
(apparently not enough to get back into shape)
** I am almost 39 and my old body can't bounce back like others
(ok, really, not a good excuse at all)
(ok, really, not a good excuse at all)
** I have no time
(I have a nanny...my friend, that comes to my house everyday to help me with the kids)
I could go on and on, but I won't....
This week I finally decided to STOP making excuses and get out there and run.
So, I did run twice this week :)
I feel so much better and hope I stick with it.
